2.Officinalisin,A New Compound Isolated from Root-Bark of Medicinal Indianmulberry(Morinda officinalis)
4.74-1 trifloliate orange, Purpelflowered Ichang Papda, Rusk citrange,Yuzu, Troyer citrange, Jiangnangan mandarin, No. 92 tangerine and Xiecheng yuzu. Four per-selected dwarfing indices: percetage of root bark, total area of root trachea, palisade tissue/ sponge tissue ratio, stoma desity, and 4 auxiliarilly preselected indices: percentage of cortex, percentage of xylem, trachea density in the root, trachea number in the main vein of the leaf, were screened.
7.METHODS The action of Chinese herbal compound containing Baikal Skullcap Root,Corktree Bark, Indigowoab Root,Tonkin Sophorate Ophora,etc. was observed on inhibiting TNF_(-α)+ActD-induced apoptosis of the normal hepatocyte of rats by MTT assay,fluorescent staining,electron microscopy,DNA gel electrophoresis and flow cytometry,and the secretion of albumins (AIb) was detected at the same time.
