2.ON THE FACTORS CAUSING HYPERBILIRUBINEMIA OF NEONATAL ABO HEMOLYTIC DISEASE
3.ObjectiveTo explore the expression of VEGF and its receptors (flt-1 and flk-1) in the retina ofretinopathy of prematurity(ROP), and the relation with the alteration of retinal bloodvessels.
4.We encourage early indirect ophthalmoscopic examination in order to early detect the retinopathy of prematurity.
5.The germinal matrix region is very susceptible to such lesions at this period of development, leading to IVH as a complication of prematurity.
6.Methods Bone mineral analyses of single photon absorptiometry(SPA) and the serum levels of calcium(Ca),phosphate(P),alkaline phosphatase(AKP),parathyroid hormone(PTH) and bone gla protein(BGP) were measured in 12 cases of prematurity(group EX) before and after 4 week physical activity,and were compared with those of 11 cases of prematurity(group C).
7.Our result demonstrate that the birth weight have relations with the severity of ROP and cryotherapy is an effective treatment for the active stage Ill retinopathy of prematurity.
8.Management with immediate deliery leads to high neonatal mortality and morbidity rates and prolonged hospitalization in the neonatal intensie care unit because of prematurity.
