In order to study the mechanism of Chinese herbal medicament known as new fertility-promoting intrauterine infusion liquid(NFPL)for treatment of dam endometritis and improve its prescription,a total of twenty-five healthy rabbits were allocated randomly into five equal groups and administrated by gastrogavage with NFPL,or decoctions of safflower(SF),red sage root(RSR)and chuanxiong rhizome(CR),or the physiological saline(the control group),respectively,once a day for seven successive days.
