2.Shenzhen Guanri Telecom-Tech Co., Ltd., founded in May of 1999, is a joint venture between Shenzhen Guanri Hi-Tech Development Co., Ltd. and International Data Group (IDG), engaged in R&D, production and sales of devices and software for telecom network.
