2.METHOD:The detec-tion and analysis of dark-adapted red and blue electroretinogram(ERG),light-adapted white ERG and macular cnlor light threshold(CLT)in 58 patients(113 eyes),and color vision(D-15 test)in 29 patients(55 eyes)with RP.
3.The photoreceptor was dark adapted or weakly light adapted by a 0 5 ms conditioning flash (9×10 9 photons/cm 2), 2 5 s prior to the continuous illumination. In 10 mmol/L external calcium the mean size (current time integral)of the bumps was(39 5±1 76)pC; the light adaptation caused a decrease to (10 5±2 29)pC ( n =4).
5.According to the theory and method that plant is introduced and domensti-cated,191 varieties of herbage were recommended and collected from herbage of the locality、other parts of the country and abroad from 1984 to 1989.Salt tole-rance of each variety in light、medium、strong saltinized soil were identificated using fied experimental method,72 varieties that adapted to different level salt tolerance soil on the west bank of the Bohai have been sieved.
