1.Results The primary culture survival rate of osteoblast,cartilage cell,cardiac muscle cell,hepatic cell,lung cell,brain cell,marrow MES cell,embryo fibroblast respectively: 89%,96%,100%,100%,100%,80%,100% and 90%;
2.To investigate the capacity of bone marrow colony forming unity fibroblast(CFU F )from combined radiation burn injury, mice were treated with 5.0Gy γ ray radiation, 15% of total body surface area(TBSA) with Ⅲ degree burn injury, and combined radiation burn injury respectively and the numbers of CFU F were assayed by Dexter type.
