Mol. wt.
.A STUDY OF RARE EARTH BINDING MEMBRANE PROTEIN OF TETRAHYMENA PYRIFORMIS WITH RADIOTRACEP. I. EXTRACTION OF Ce, Yb, Tm BINDING MEMBRANE PROTEIN AND ITS MOL. WT. DETERMINATION
.Trimethylsiloxyoxopropyl-methyldichlorosilane and ethoxyoxopropyl-methyldichlorosilane were synthesized by Hydrosilylation, and were triply co-hydrolyzed, resp., with trifluoropropyl-methyldichlorosilane and trimethylchlorosilane followed by acid-catalyzed equilibrium to give ester-and fluorine-contg. silicone oils having definite mol. wt.
.There is a significant amount of a polypeptide with mol. wt. of 31K, beth in the viral particle preparation and in the nucleocapsid preparation, which could not be removed by sucrose gradient ultracentrifugation, centrifugation washing, alkali treatment and even proteinasc digestion and detergent treatment.
.Fluid inclusions in vein quartz and altered rocks from several Archean gold deposits indicate that gold deposition was from distinctive, low salinity (typically) less than 10 wt.% NaCl equiv. ), CO_2-rich (about 10~25 mol% CO_2) ore fluids with moderate densities and a little amount of CH_4. Deposition occurred over a temperature range of 170 to 400℃, under lithostatic pressures.
