NZB mice
.Conclusion:Susceptibility allele of ANA in (NZB×NZW)F1 mice was comprised by multiple genes and the candidate susceptibility genes were derived from both NZB and NZW strain.
.Conclusion:The candidate susceptibility allele of aberrant peripheral blood CD8 + T cell number in(NZB×NZW)F1 mice located near the 92 3 cM on chromosome 1, derived from NZB strain.
.Objective: Based on former experimental and the clinical researches, we investigate the effects of Langchuangjing Granule (LCG), one of Chinese herbal medicines (CHM), on the activities of serum cytokine TNF-α、 IL-2 and P, E-selectin and the expression of ICAM-1 in the renal tissue of inborn NZB/W F1 lupus-prone mice.
.Objective There were some identical T cell clonotypes expanded and accumulated in different organs in aged diseased (NZB×NZW)F1 and MRL/lpr mice. The amino acid motifs in the third complementarity determining region (CDR3) from the T cell receptor (TCR) Vβ chain was analyzed to demonstrate the antigenic specificity of these identical clones.
.Conclusion B1 cell proliferation in New Zealand mice was controlled by multiple genes and the candidate susceptibility genes were Fcgr2b,c jun, Fas derived from NZB strain and TNF α,H 2 genes derived from NZW strain.
