10.With the model of the distribution coefficient and pH, the intrinsic distribution coefficient ?K??0of SPM and PRO?SPM were calculated to be 33.62 and 19.01 respectively. The dissociate coefficient of PRO?SPM p?K??1and p?K??2were first calculated as 7.76 and 5.2 by the Gauss-Newton method.
