1.In this testing and controlling system, the sensors of current and voltage signals collecting, insulation and protection of testing and controlling system, mag- nifying of signals,collecting and disposing of signals, serial communication between siglechip and PC computer are narrated. Besides, data disposing arithmetic of calculating current rms is discussed.
