2.The 23 species(88.46%) belonged to Oriental realm and 3 species(11.54%) belonged to Palaearctic realm.
3.The avian fauna are composed of 68 Palaearctic realm species(41.21%),90 Oriental realm species(54.54%)and 7 Eurytopic species(4.24%).
4.About 23species (17.8%) belonged to Oriental Realm, 75 species (58.1%) belonged to Palaearctic Realm, 30 species (23.3%) belonged to Peregrinus.
5.6 species belong to Palaearctic realm, 3 species belong to Oriental, and 7 species belong to widespread between two realm.
6.34 of total 55 species are Palaearctic ones and occupy 61.8%. The species transiting from Palaearctic realm to Oriental realm are the secondly largest components and occupy 27.3%.
7.Most of the birds were travelling birds and summer migrants(travelling birds 52%,sunmmer migrants 32%,winter migrants 11%,residents 5%),There were 128 species of breeding birds in the area including 73.44% palaearctic realm species,6.25%oriental realm species,and 20.31% wide spread species. Obviously,the palaearctic realm species were the dominant.
8.In the mainstream ares of the Qiantang River, including the Fuchun River and the Xinan River from 1981 to 1990, 206 species of birds were found, belonging to 17 orders and 41 families. Among them, the birds of the Palaearctic realm accounted for 51% of the total avifauna.
9.Most of them belong to Palaearctic species,accounts for(53.84) percent. The other belong to Palaearctic-oriental realm,accounts for(35.38) percent. And the rest of them belong to Oriental realm and widespread species,accounts for(5.77) and(4.81) percent.
10.The phylogenetic relationships among genera of Dolichopodinae from the Palaearctic and Oriental Realm are analyzed for the first time.
