Rattus norvegicus
.The pregnancy rate of Rattus flavipectus, Rattus norvegicus and Mus pahari was 24.22%, 28.99% and 28.13%, respectively.
.The efficacyes of control of toxin bait with Bromadiolone and Natrium Diphacin against Norway rat(Rattus norvegicus)were 96.09% and 83.33% separately, and different significantly(x~2=3.92, P<0.05);
.Results:625 mouse-like animals were captured and the capture rate was 11.07%, in which there were 368 Rattus norvegicus ( 58.88%), and the serum positive rate of anti-Hantavirus antibody was 7.17%(36/502),GMT was 54.45,the antigen positive rate of mouse lung was 0.81%(5/619), and all the positive serum and lung were from Rattus norvegicus.
.Results It was found that the liver plasma membranes of rat (Rattus norvegicus), dog (Canis familiaris), goat (Cepia hircus), pig (Sus scorfa domestica), rabbit (Oryctolagus curiculus), chicken (Gallus domesticus), pigeon (Columba livia var domestica) and snake (Pareas chinesis) bound 125 I apo CⅢ in a saturable way with high affinity.
.It was found that the coding domains of these three genes have high identity (94-100%) between human and pig. Especially, amino acid sequence of Gaq is conserved completely in Homo sapiens, Macaca mulatta, Mus musculus, Rattus norvegicus, Monodelphis domestica and Sus scrofa.
