S-ALP
1.The results showed that there were polymorphisms on the five loci including TF,Hp,RBC LDH,S ES and S ALP in the desert cats examined and that there were the monomorphisms on the six loci including HB,RBC AMY,S AMY,S LDH,RBC ES and RBC ALP,suggesting that the proteins and enzymes in blood from desert cats presented a considerable genetic variability.
2.3.Cadmium influenced enzyme activity of the hen’s ovary , decreased the activity of SDH, ALP, G-6-Pase, Ca~(2+)-ATPase, Mg~(2+)-ATPase, increased the activity of ACP, interfered tissue metabolism and depressed the developing of ovarian follicle.
3.The highest level of ALP activity was found in the osteoblasts,a moderate level in fibroblasts,and little level in CMB.CMB formed the mineralized nodules and were positively stained by alizarin red S. CONCLUSION:CMB can be successfully cultured in vitro which is different from periodontal ligament fibroblasts and osteoblasts from alveolar bone.
