1.Comparative analysis showed that the homologies of DRB3 gene among Human, Bovine, Mongolian sheep, Mongolian goat, Kazakh goat, Spanish goat, Small-tailed Han sheep, Large-tailed Han sheep,. Shandi sheep, Wadi sheep, Dorsat sheep and Texel sheep are very high.
2.3. Comparative analysis showed that the homologies of the nucleotide sequence and amonia acid sequence of DRB3 gene between Beijing Holstein cow and Mongolian, Human, Swedish Red and White breed, Mongolian Sheep and Spanish goat are high.
3.Homologies of nucleotide sequence and amino acid sequence of exon 2 of DRB3 gene among Beijing Holstein cattle,Mongolian cattle,human,Swedish Red and White cattle,Mongolian sheep and Spanish goat were from 80.9% to 95.5% and from 75.3% to 91.0%,respectively.
