2.The experiments results showed that when concentration of solid substance of the waste aqueous solution was condensated to 13% (W/V)on vacuum, 95% alcohol(1:1, V/V) was added to the condensated solution to sedimentate polysaccharose, sedimentation was centrifugalized, repeated above treatment, and filtrate was collected and condensated on vacuum, then chlorogenic acid crystal of 76% purity was obtained.
3.The results were showed, the optimum ratio of Gum Acacia and Maltodextrin 1:1,the optimum emulsion 0.4%, the optimum concentration of solid matter 40%, the optimum ratio of cinnaldehyde to wall material V∶m=1 mL∶10 g. The optimum processing conditions were as follows: inlet-air temperature 225 ℃,inner-speed of mixture 210 mL/h,air pressure of ejector 180 kPa.
