2.Thermodynamics of CVD of silicon carbide was studied and theH 2 MTS, Ar SiO C, H 2 SiO C xH y,H 2 SiH 4 C xH y systems were calculated The influence of temperature, pressure, carrier gas ratio and gas concentration of reactant on the deposition of single-phase silicon carbide was evaluated and the calculated results were presented as CVDphase diagrams
3.Using NaF as carrier,a carrier distillation method of emission spectrographic and DC excitation for the determination of 21 impurity elements,i. e. Fe,Si,Ti,V,Cr,Ca,Mn,Mg,Al,Ni,Cu,Bi,Sn,Pb,Yb,Y,Cd,Nb,Mo,Sb,La in powder of tungsten-cobalt alloy by WSP-1 model plane-grating spectrograph was described.
4.The exponentially loaded column is 2 meters long and consists of 4 sections in which DEGS is used as stationary liquid, and the liquidcarrier ratio varies with Y=2.05×14~i. In respect of the column efficiency, plate height, resolution between methyl stearate and methyl oleate, and time required in analysing rape seed oil, the column is more superior to the 2—meter uniform column of which the liquid-carrier ratio is 5%.
