6.the main postoperative complications included leakage at cervical region in 4(3 were cured,1 died from secondly respiratory failure)and abdominal incision infection. Conclusions:The indications of colonic interposition for esophageal substitution should be strictly choosen. The choice of colonic segment for interposition is dependent on sufficient blood supply.
7.In both groups,balloon catheter overstretched on abdominal aorta artery to denude endothelium,in irradiation group alone,188Re-radioactive liquid filled balloon irradiation was performed in target segment immediately after balloon overstretched injury until the accumulative radioactive dose under the irradiation surface 0.5 mm was add up to 15 Gy.
