1.To investigate the patients of HAM/TSP with short stature if they have pseudohypoparethyroidism, HTLV-I antibody was determined by PA method, the diagnosis of PHP was according to the PTH level, short metacarpus and abnormal cAMP response in Ellsworth Howard test. The result showed that three patients with short stature could be diagnosed as pseudohypoparathyroidism. The reason that patients with pseudohypoparathyroidism were complicated with HAM/TSP was so far unknown.
