5.METHODS Decoction of AMK 40(g·kg)~(-1)·d~(-1) was given ig to female rats for 1,3 and 5 d,respectively. The observed items included absolute weight and relative weight,histology and ultrastructure of adrenals and kidneys,the serum level of urea nitrogen,creatinine and cortisol,and expression of 8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine(8-OHdG) and inducible nitric oxide synthase((iNOS)).
6.The results showed that TCR Vβ6,7 and 8 genes were selectively amplified. The expression levels of different genes of TCR Vβ varied at different clinic stages when stimulated with HSV.It suggests that the expression of TCR Vβ genes is of absolute specificity.
7.Results Compared with control group, the total cell numbers, the absolute numbers of eosinophils(EOS), the ratios of EOS to the total cell numbers (EOS%) and the levels of TARC and IL-4 in BALF were markedly higher, and the expression of TARC protein and mRNA in lung were also raised in asthma group. The concentrations of IFN-γ in BALF of asthma group were significantly lower than those in control group.
8.The expression of ALCAM, VLA-α4, VLA-α5, VLA-β1, HCAM, PECAM and LFA-1 on CD34 +cells remained unaffected. The expressions of ICAM-1 and L-selectin were downregulated during expansion, while the absolute numbers of CD34 +CD62L + and CD34 +CD54 + cells were increased.
9.On the basis of analyzing the output signal of a two wavelength beat-wave absolute distance interferometer, this paper proceeds from the realities of the aiming method of the beat-wave interferometer, conducts an analytical investigations on the dependence of the aiming accuracy of the beat-wave interferometer on laser dual-line output power equilibrium, propose two new concepts-a basic aim blind area and a blind area expansion, and establishes an analytical expression between the blind area expansion and the relative power difference of laser dual lines.
