1.This paper studied the necessity of constructing enterprise non-financial achievement evaluation index system and its principle. The non-financial evaluation index system is established, and the comprehensive value is calculated.
2.This chapter mainly includes the concept of EVA and the original background , the theory frame of EVA. And the economics foundation of EVA and accounting foundation are analyzed, the index computing technology of EVA, the comparisonof EVA and traditional achievement evaluation index, including the comparison of EVA and NI , EVAandNPV , EVAandROI , EVA and EPS.
3.Because knowledge-based staff members are the most important human resources in enterprises, multi-level vague overall evaluation model should be taken to design the dynamic achievement evaluation index system to evaluate their overall achievements,ability,personalities and qualities.
6.But there are some problems in Case-Based Reasoning as well, mainly embodies in Case-Based project automation, that is automatic production of case knowledge, such as case structure and its contents, similar evaluation knowledge, automatic updating of case-base, achievement of amendment knowledge database, index pattern etc.
9.Part 2 bases on the achievement of domestic and overseas scholars in performance evaluation, the article concludes and evaluate the abnormal return method and financial index method.
10.Secondly,using Delphi method,puts forward the performance measurement index,which comprises three types of quantitative indexes,such as business achievement,management achievement,development achievement,and two types of qualitative indexes,such as working,mutuality.
