6.e governing system of 320 MW supercritical pressure steam turbine unit in Huaneng Yingkou Power Plant was retrofitted by using the governing system without control actuating medium with integrative actuator(REXA actuator) as transformation device, force driven actuating mechanism. After retrofitting, all the various control indexes hit the requirements of design and standards, with the expected retrofitting effect gained. 
8.Substantial improvement is made on the current calculation methods for mercury permeation quantity in core pore structure measurement. Using alcohol as an actuating medium in which acouctic waves are transmitted and reflected at the alcohol mercury interface, non electrical conduct accurate measurement is achieved by recognition of the reflected waves.
9.Unit 2 of Huaneng Nanjing Power Plant,a supercritical pressure 320 MW steam turbine,carried out a retrofit for its turbine governing system. It was converted to the system without control actuating medium by using the force-driven mechanism. The paper briefed the process of retrofitting,the debugging and the effect after the retrofitting.
10.Based on the zero-dimension-thermodynamics and full-combustion model, together with the equations which describes the flowing process of the actuating medium through the throat, the thermodynamics states and the heat release rates of both chambers in Model 6105Q swirl chamber diesel engine are calculated. In connection with the calculated results of the heat release rate, the combustion characteristics of Model 6105Q diesel engine in several running conditions are analysed.
