8.In order to find a new physiological way to cure hypertension, the mechanism of hypertension was clarified further in this paper and a special chip system to modulate blood pressure was designed and implanted in animals in the acute experiment. The results from normotensive and hypertensive rats showed that the chip system was very effective to control blood pressure.
10.In this study, LD50 of ASAC is determined by the research of acute toxicity experiment with i.v and i.g respectively.
