1.The tolerance of seawater fish Japanese sea bass ( Lateolabrax japonicus) and black rockf ish(Sebastodes juscescens)to pH and alkalinity is studied through the experiment of acute toxicity. The median lethal concentration values are obtained by the method of probability unit.
2.Objective: To evaluate and compare the performance of version Ⅱ of the Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation system(APACHE Ⅱ) and version Ⅱ of the Mortality Probability Model(MPM Ⅱ) used for multiple organ dysfunction syndrome.
