1.Based on CFF(Ceramic Foam Filter), the JDN-1 flux is added in the filtration system by means of dip coating so to construct the CCFF (Composite CFF) model. By means of analyzing and comparing the filtration mechanisms of CFF and CCFF through the three processes of inclusion diffusing, inclusion capturing and inclusion holding, the performance parameters of A356 molten aluminum with CCFF model is obtained.
