4.But,then the capacity to adjust peak value will become more insufficient,electricity price of the Three-Gorge power station on the network will influence directly the price of electric power in Hubei Province.Finally,the author puts forward four measures around the adjustment of power industrial structure:1)optimizing power source structure ;2)building coordinately power network and power source;3)building quickly power source to adjust peak value;4)carrying out thoroughly the power policy of paying equal attention both to development and economization.
9.In this paper,the application of DSP technology in electric power measurement meter has been studied,meanwhile analysed the error of the electronic energy meter,put forward the measure to compensate error with software method.It not only changes the precision degree of electric power measurement meter,but also avoids the disadvantage from error compensate with hardware method,it is unnecessary to adjust the sample value of voltage and electric current in circuitry.
10.The results show that under the optimum technical conditions,the removal rate of phenols and COD are 68.5% and 70.4%,and then calcium hydroxide is added to adjust the pH value of treated waste water to weak alkaline and is flocculated,the mass concentration of Fe ion and CN-decreases remarkably,and COD removal rate increases to 85.2%,the biodegradability of wastewater is improved evidently and the good conditions for following bio-treatment are created.
