5.If enterprises exist and develop, it must establish quality assurance system. The author starts with definition and integrant of quality assurance sys tem, starts from practical situation of enterprises, discusses that quality assu rance system should be established on the basis of continually strengthening for mulation of quality plan, operation of quality information feedback system, esta blishment of quality administrative setup, realization of business control stand ardizing and program procedure.
