8.DESIGN: Based on the division of altitude region in aerospace medicine, the experimental animals were divided into different altitude training groups and control groups. Morphological characters of cellular and subcellular structures were observed under electron microscope, the biochemical analysis of cardiac troponin T were performed, and then the myocardial injury was completely analyzed from two pathways of morphology and biochemistry.
9.METHODS:The experiment was done in the pathological laboratory of School of Aerospace Medicine,Fourth Military Medical University of Chinese PLA from January to December 2002.Blood glucose,uric glucose and body mass of diabetic rats were detected before and 6 weeks after the models were established,and the glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP) expressions of astrocytes in the hippocampus and cortex of diabetic rats in the diabetic group and control group were observed with the immunohistochemical method.
