1.Let Fq be the finite field with q elements, AG(n,Fq) be the n-dimensional affine space over Fq Taking the set of m-flats in AG(n,Fq) as the set of treatments, we construct an association scheme and some PBIB designs with several associate classes,and compute their parameters.
