5.The school shall prescribe and promulgate prevention and handling regulations for the aforesaid regulations.
6.In default of the aforesaid data, no experimental animals may be imported or used.
7.Without the approval of the Customs, the aforesaid goods shall not be transferred or sold.
8.The aforesaid goods shall be manufactured by party C for party B with machines supplied by party B.
9.The competent authorities shall impose necessary administrative and disciplinary sanctions on those who have violated the aforesaid provisions.
10.The exporter of the aforesaid petroleum by-products must be properly registered in accordance with Article 15 herein.
