1.Light intensity, agitation and aeration on biomass and extracellular polysaccharide production were optimized through orthogonal combination in a stirred-tank photobioreactor. The best cultivation condition was gotten, namely light intensity 5000 lx, agitation 200 r/min and aeration rate 120 L/h. The biomass and polysaccharide was 2.548 g/L and 557.2 mg/L under the best condition.
