3.According to the diagnoses of Agricultural pollutant kinds, quantity and extent in Taizhou, applying the systems engineering theory, using the prevention and cure experiences of advanced area for reference, the synthetic prevention and cure countermeasures of agricultural pollution are excogitated which include administrate mechanism, restraining technology, rule of law, scientific layout and devoted mechanism etc.
4.Along with agricultural restructuring and development of ecological agriculture, Beijing will lay emphasis on agriculture’s role in the protection of water, air and soil. Grain production especially paddy field shall be reduced; agricultural area pollution source pollution caused by husbandry of livestock and poultry shall be controlled. Moreover, use of chemical fertilizer and pesticide shall be substantially reduced.
5.Objective To explore the effect of dichlorvos and omethoate exposure on reproductive cells of male animals and to provide the scientific evidence for the integrated precaution and protective measure of the agricultural byproduct pollution.
7.An assessment system for agricultural non- pointsource pollution estimation was developed in this study. Digital Elevation Model ( DEM) ,Remote Sensing ( RS) and Geographic Information Systems ( GIS) couples with non- point source pollution models were applied in the system to discuss the efficiency of non- point pollution control in a watershed.
8.(5) Increasing the application rates of organic fertilizers and reducing chemical fertilizers had no remarkable effects on yields of the rice but could reduce N leakage loss largely,which was an effective measure to abate agricultural non-point source pollution and protect the groundwater.
9.The results showed that applying AFR on vegetables was a procedure of being able to utilize the agricultural waste, to avoid the pollution of anaerobic fermentation, to reduce the production cost by saving the chemical fertilizer, facilitating the demands for high yield and quality.
