1.Fruit and conclusion(1)using 100~125 watt shortwave transceiver radio,matching 9 meter whip antenna,at 8~14 MHz frequency,at time of 8~24o’clock,at distance of 0~3000 kilometre the able-calling ratio of the ground-to-air communication is more than 70%;
