2.The FAA requires that an ARFF fire fighter have a monthly training regiment that consist of airport familiarization, aircraft familiarization, rescue and fire fighting personnel safety, emergency communications systems on the airport, use and training of specialized apparatus and appliances required to do their job, application of the types of extinguishing agents required to suppress aircraft fires, emergency aircraft evacuation assistance, fire operation, adapting and using structural rescue and fire fighting equipment for aircraft rescue and fire fighting, aircraft cargo hazards, and familiarization with fire fighters duties under the airport emergency plan.
5.Methods With the help of aircraft flight information from flight performance manual, the effective dose rate of galactic cosmic radiation along the airlines in Xingjiang area, and the effective dose on the ground in Urumuqi were calculated using software CARI-6, then individual annual cosmic radiation dose received in flight personnel was estimated.
6.[Methods] With the help of aircraft flight information from flight performance manual for the years 1997-1999,software CARI-6 developed by U.S Federal Aviation Administration was used to calculate the effective dose of galactic cosmic radiation along the air lines,and the annual effective dose rate for three years,the individual annual cosmic radiation dose on flight personnel was estimated.
