alkali cellulose
.The preparation of carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC) with cotton straw is introduced and condition of synthetic process is discussed. The optimal condition is asfollows: alkalization temperature 35~40℃, alkalization time 2.5h,etherification temperature 70℃,etherification time 2h,ratio of acid to alkali 2.2~2.4,alkali liquor concentration 20%.
.The optimal anthraquinone-methanol-calcium chloride-alkali sulfite pulp seemed to bel8%Na2SO3, 0.05% anthraquinone, liquid ratio 4:1, 5%NaOH, 0.025% Calcium chloride, cooking at1.4Mpa for 2 hours, crude pulp could be obtained with a yield of 44.3%,in which the amount of a -cellulose was 94.7%.
.EDTA cellulose was prepared by chloroacetic acid covalently bound to filter flakes. Fe,Cu,Zn,V,Mn,Co,Ni,Al,Cd and Pb were preconcentrated on microcolumn filled with EDTA cellulose and analyzed with ICP AES after being eluated with dilute HNO 3.At qiven pH value, alkali and alkaline earth metal ions can be quantitatively separated as matrix elements, and did not interfere eluate determine.
.Resist printing processes of cotton fabric with reactive dyestuffs are detailed, including the reactive dyestuff reserve printing reactive dyestuff based on difference of reactivity between reactive dye and cellulose fiber, as well as between reactive dye and reserving agent; pigment reserve printing reactive dyes based on acid releaser neutralizing alkali in printing paste to prevent reactive dyestuff exhaustion; light printing paste process based on dark paste over printing light reserve printing paste.
