It is a branch of radar technology and a research emphasis, so it has high value in military and civil applications.

6.Abstract: In the paper,the state-of-art of stealth technology is firstly analyzed briefly.It is pointed out that infrared stealth,audio stealth,visual stealth and other stealth technology ought to be developed rapidly besides radar stealth.Then,the status of research and application development of stealth technology abroad is introduced.At last,the thesis points out that the features such as wide band,all directional,all-weather,intelligentialized stealth technology and stealgh weapons represent the general trend of stealth development.

This system can be used in all the aviation weather services, such as user managing, message searching, weather plot or fax browsing and printing, satellite nephogram displaying, AWOS data displaying, radar echo charts displaying, flight document making, and other service mode.
8.Along with the development of ECM and target stealth technology, besides countering ground, sea and weather clutter, it requires the radar having capability of extracting useful small target under all kinds of contrived electronics jamming so as to keep good matching status between radar and battlefield. Thus, the radar should adopt a "high sensitivity, multi-function and adaptive" signal processing system.
9.(2) Doppler radial velocities from the Korean Jindo radar are directlyassimilated into the WRF 3DVAR system for Typhoon Rusa (2002) case. Assimilation and simulation results show that vertical velocity increments,tuning of scale-lengths in recursive filter, GTS (the Global TelecommunicationsSystem) data and AWS (Automatic Weather Station) data, are all to improvethe performance of Typhoon initial vortex and subsequent prediction. Thedirect assimilation of radial velocities has especially positive impact.
