6.The second stage alpha magnetic spectrometer AM2-02 is the first large magnetic spectrometer that will be lunched to the space,the cryogenic ground support equipment(CGSE) is used to cool down the AMS02 magnet and fill superfluid helium into the magnetic Dewar of AMS-02.The design,manufacture and test of CGSE will be designed,manufactured,tested in China.
7.Results:The test-retest reliability of CARES-SF Chinese version was 0.81, Cronbach alpha for internal consistency ranged from 0.66-0.93. CARES-SF scores were significantly related to symptom distress, anxiety, and depression measures (r=0.46, 0.43, 0.49 respectively, P<0.01).
8.Methods: GK/Jcl type 2 diabetic rats were given diet containing 20 g/kg of soybean hypocotyl extracts (SHE) for 20 weeks, then the blood glucose and oral glucose tolerance test were observed. SI and SS were isolated by ODS column chromatography and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) from SHE. The inhibitory activities of each component of SI and SS against alpha-glucosidase and alpha-amylase were tested by colorimetric method.
9.Blood platelet count(BPC), platelet aggregation test (PAgT), platelet surface alpha- granular membrane protein - 140(GMP- 140), serum thromboxane B2(TXB2) and 6- Ketoprostaglandin F1a(6-keto-PGF1a) were determined in 30 patients with lower limb deep venous thrombosis(LDVT) and 30 health persons to observe the relationship between those indexes and genesis of LDVT.
10.Method The result of peripheral blood CD 3 +、CD 4 +/CD 8 + T cell,HBV M,HBV DNA,and hepatic function test of 25 patients with CHB were monitored. These patients started to be hospitalized in our hospital from Sep 1998 and were treated by alpha interferon for 6 months (a 2b IFN 6MIU intramuscular,every two days).
