ammonia volatilization
.The exponential relation was presented between N rates and Ammonia-volatilization,with a correlation equation of y=0.1576e0.0146x(R2=0.9513).
.It is apparent that a high degree of ammonia volatilization and/or nitrate leaching can occur in cropping systems susceptible to previously described conditions.
.Because there was inhibitor(DCD) in Germany slow-release urea, which controlled nitroreaction and the fallen velocity of pH was slow, the amount of ammonia volatilization was great. The mineral coated urea was coated ground phosphate rock and reduced nitrogen release, decreased ammonia volatilization and betterthan other urea.
.3. By the formula Y=atb simulating the relationship of ammonia volatilization and incubated days, in the first 9 days the velocity of ammonia volatilization by fertilizing mineral coated urea was slower than that by fertilizing general urea, then they were close to the same.
.For the nine typical salinized soils, the relationship between the quantity of ammonia volatilization (Y) and the time(t) could be well described by the equation (Y=at2+bt+c, r=0.84-0.99, P<0.01).
.Nevertheless, use of soil incorporation for urea and anhydrous ammonia to reduce volatilization, the practice of delaying nitrogen fertilizer application in imperfectly drained soils to minimize denitrification and leaching, and patience in the case of immobilization will tend to resolve all these problems.
.These large pools of ammonia are detrimental to seedling growth and are very susceptible to gaseous loss by volatilization before chemical conversion back to the ammonium and nitrate forms.
.It is shown in this paper that uranium and molybdenum can be simultaneously eluted from uranium and molybdenum loaded resin using eluant (NH4)2CO3 + (NH4)2SO4.The ADU is precipitated from eluat by volatilization of ammonia.
