2.The XRD result shows that the CeO_2 powder bidoped with Sm_2O_3 and Gd_2O_3,calcined at 750℃,is cubic fluoritestructure,implies that Sm_2O_3 and Gd_2O_3 dissolve into CeO_2 and forms CeO_2 based solid solution.
3.It was shown that fluorite phase can formed at a relative low temperature when Al_2O_3 was doped into SDC. Al_2O_3-SDC powder with fluoritestructure can be obtain at 600℃ by calcined the dried gel. The Al_2O_3-SDC powder has a nanometer particle(40~50 nm) with narrow particle size distribution.
