1.Methods:128 senile patients who were older than 70 years were given electronic bronchoscopic examination (Fujim EBS-40) ,and biopsy examination,brush biopsy,aspiration biopsy,protected-specimen brush (PSB) and bronchoalvedar lavage fluid(BALF)examination of pathology,cytology and bacteriology.

8.Conclusion:Plastic embedded biopsy sections provid additional information about aspiration smears in the diagnosis of CNL.
9.Methods:The cellularity of trephine biopsy was compared to that of aspiration in 34 cases with acute leukemia. The level of reticulin fiber was also monitered during chemical therapy in 10 AML.
