1.There were very significant difference a-mong caesarean birth group, fetus aspiration group and natural birth group in PDW, MPV, P -LCR( P< 0. 01) .
2.The grade Ⅱ of the GOS had significant difference between the endoscopic surgery group and stereotactic burr-hole aspiration group(P<0.05).
3.Methods According to the operation procedure,107 patients with basal ganglia hemorrhage were divided into endoscopic surgery group(n=29),stereotactic burr-hole aspiration group(n=33)and small bone flap craniomy group(n=45).
4.The incidence rate of rebleeding and intracranial infection was 10.3% in endoscopic surgery group,18.2% in stereotactic burr-hole aspiration group and 11.1% in small bone flap craniomy group,and the case fatality rate was 0,9.1%,and 6.7% in the 3 groups respectively.
5.Results The stereotactic burr-hole aspiration group had the longest preparation time(146.1±57.0 min). Compared with the other two groups,the difference was observable(P<0.01).
6.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the TNF-α, IL-6 and CSS in the first day (P>0.05). AT the 14th day, the TNF-α, IL-6 and CSS scores showed a remarkable improvement in Aspiration group (P<0.05).
7.Results Compard with the non infusion group,there was statistically singificant reduction in the incidence of cesarean section,1min Apgar score ≤7,meconium aspiration syndrome and puerperal morbidity in the infusion group(?P?<0 05).
8.Compared with topical anesthesia group, retrobulbar anesthesia group had a significant rise in diastolic blood pressure(P<0.05) at incision , phacoemulsification and Irrigation/Aspiration(I/A).
9.group was 100%, 3 patients suffered from cardiac arrest, 2 patients were found to have aspiration and apnea suddenly, and the ratio of ADR was 7.46%.
10.In the LCVP group,isoflurane aspiration and fentanyl injection were performed before the liver resection to control the volume of transfusion and venous injection of nitroglycerin was conducted if necessary after the resection to keep the pressure at 4 mmHg.
