7.The effects of atmospheric turoulence on the detection of the pilot frequency signal lf the 10.6μm CO_2 laser communication systems in atmosphere are studied in this paper. The amplitude probability density function of the received pilot frequency signal reflected by the corner-reflector under the disturbance of both laser power fluctuation and Gaussion white noise is derived and the caculating results are analysed.
8.The results show that the nanometer AlN powders synthesized from LCS have excellent sintering activity. AlN ceramic with density 3.28 g/cm~3 and grain size 4~8 μm was produced when the powder doped with 5%Y_2O_3 as sintering aids sintered at 1600 ℃ for 3 hours in flow nitrogen gas at atmospheric pressure.
