2.The failure of the passenger to produce the baggagecheck, or the irregularity or loss of the baggagecheck does not affect the existence or validity of the contract of transport.
3.In domestic air transport, if the carrier carries the checked baggage without a baggagecheck having been delivered, he shall not be entitled to avail himself of the provisions of Article 128 of this Law concerning the limit of liability.
