1.If the advance payment has not been repaid prior to the issue of the Taking-Over Certificate for the Works or prior to termination under Clause 15 [Termination by Employer], Clause 16 [Suspension and Termination by Contractor] or Clause 19 [Force Majeure] (as the case may be), the whole of the balance then outstanding shall immediately become due and payable by the Contractor to the Employer.
2.In Hong Kong, the monetary base includes the amount of bank notes and coins issued, the balance of clearing accounts of the licensed banks held with the HKMA for the account of the Exchange Fund for the purpose of effecting the clearing and settlement of transactions between the banks themselves and also between the currency board and the banks (the Aggregate Balance), and the outstanding amount of Exchange Fund Bills and Notes.
6.Article 10 For a securities firm that conducts securities business money lending under Article 8 herein, the total outstanding financing balance for each type of security or beneficiary certificate eligible for use as financing collateral may not exceed 5 percent of the listed shares or beneficiary units of that type of security, and, calculated in aggregate with the outstanding balance of margin financing [for that type of security] in the margin trading market and the outstanding balance of securities settlement financing [for that type of security] by securities finance enterprises may not exceed 25 percent of the listed shares or beneficiary units of that type of security.
7.If your American Express SOGO Card Account is cancelled by us or by you, the entire outstanding balance on your Account becomes payable immediately.
8.At December 31, there were nine loans with delinquent payments of over 90 days, or just 0.16 per cent of the Outstanding Principal balance.
9.Article 21 A securities firm shall on a daily basis transmit information about the transaction amount, transaction details, and outstanding balance with respect to securities lending transactions for each customer, to the securities exchange or the over-the-counter securities market, and the latter shall compile such information and publish the outstanding amount of all securities lending transactions before the opening of market on the next business day.
10.Article 13 The outstanding balance of a securities firm′s loans of book-entry central government bonds plus repo transactions may not exceed 600 percent of its net worth.
