beam to beam connection
.The results show that the performances of precast prestressed beam-to-column concrete connections with unbonded tendons are equal or superior to that of a monolithic connection in terms of ductility and displacement-restoring capacity.
.With the application of concrete-filled steel tubular member to mega-frame structures, the connection forms of main beam-column can be classified as welded rigid connection, bolted gemel connection and semi-rigid connection.
.This article aim at characteristic of the member bar and tectonic characteristics of node in the cold-formed thin-walled steel structure, on the base of some basic assumptions, starting from commonly classic rigidity equation of the beam-column unit and using change part item in element stiffness matrix to get a matrix equation which considered in effects with thin-walled bar, structural geometric nonlinear and flexibility of the connection ,also get a unit rigidity equation with end fixing random semi-rigid connection.
.The results of a 24-story mega-frame structure with 4 spans were calculated by the universal finite element method of MIDAS, the different structural character values such as structural free vibration periods, structural displacements and structural moments were compared, the influence of connection form of main frame beam-column on behaviors of mega-frame structure were discussed, and smoe reasonable suggestions were put forward to guide engineering practice.
.Based on the experimental study of two kinds of rectangular CFT column to steel beamconnections, namely Side-Plate Welding (SPW) connection and Stiffened End Plate (SEP) connection, under the cyclic loading at the end of the beam tip, a nonlinear 3-D finite element (FE) analysisof the two kinds of connections under the cyclic loading by using the ANSYS program wasestablished. The constitution relationship of the core concrete and steel material were redefinedand inserted in the analysis process.
