1.The local heat treatment with electron beam was conducted to invest into post-weld heat treatment of joint of TC4 titanium alloy welded by EBW . After Electron beam local heat treatment, weld residual stress of TC4 titanium alloy was tested by X-ray method.
2.By the process test, the mathematical model between the EBW parameter and the mechanical property of the two melting weld is established based on ANN, and the influence law of the electron beam welding parameter to welding seam mechanical property was analysed and studied.
3.The steel construction is made up of roof beam ,post ,purlin ,roofing and wall ,adopt the automatic production line toweld and take shape in the factory ,construction site spend high-strength bolted joint reduce weld work load ,make progress and quality receive the complete assurance.
4.Instead of the conventional node-node model, the spot-weld is modeled by a new short beam element introduced into between node and clement, which is subject to the tensile and shear forces.
