4.The high concentration bean powder in medium for Erlenmeyer flasks led to uncontrollable foaming up during fermentation period and made it difficult to scale up. After researching on medium of bean powder peptone, new medium was obtained,containing industrial peptone 6%, bean powder 2%, oil 1%, glucose 1%, K 2HPO 4 0.2%, MgSO 4 0.05%.
5.The equation of absorption isotherm and its relevant factors of removing aromatics from bean extraction solvent oil are investigated. The results obtained show that,when the aro-mactic content is less than 0 01,the isotherm equation is in accordance with Langmuir e-quation,when thearomatic content is more than 0. 01,it is in accordance with Frundlischequation.
