2.Three days after spinal cord injury,there were 13 up-regulated proteins such as macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF),heat-shock protein 27(HSP27),syndecan-3(SDC3),T-cell receptor beta chain precursor V region(CRTB4),annexin Ⅲ(ANXⅢ),galectin-3(LEG3),pyruvate dehydrogenase(ODPA),chromogranin A precursor(CgA),HSP70-binding protein 1(HSPBP1).
4.The results were as followed: (1) In all periods, the expression of cholesterol side chain decomposition enzyme (P450scc) , 3 beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase(3β-HSD),steroidogenic acute regulatory protein (StAR) mRNA and protein had no significant change.
5.2) Clinical isolates with reduced susceptibility to Imipenem and/or Ceftazidime were subjected to PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) analyses with primers specifically target to bla_(VIM) and bla_(IMP) genes for detecting metallo-beta-lactamase genes maybe harbored.
6.differential screening and homology analysis identified 6 differentially expressed genes associated with cytoskeletal remodeling, including slingshot 2L(SSH-2L), PP1 catalytic subunit, beta isoform(PP1Cβ), dedicator of cytokinesis 8(DOCK-8), Homo sapiens protein tyrosine phosphatase non-receptor type 6 and 12(PTPN6, PTPN12), myosin regulatory light chain interacting protein(MIR).
