1.The RBA of ZE was 207% for plasma and 181% for femur to ZS. The study shows that ZE has a higher biological availability than ZS.
2.The results showed that selenium content in tea leaves was significantly increased by applying sodium selenite to soil at 0 5 and 1 0 kg/hm 2.The highest selenium content of tea was 0 362 μg/g. The biological availability of selenium applied to soil was increased significantly with the special fertilizer for Se enriched tea containing Se 0 5 kg/hm 2 compared with that by sodium selenite.
