1.Relative conducity and chlorothyll content of the invasive weed Ipomoea cairica herbaceous companion species such as Polygonum chinense,Bidens pilosa,Oxalis corymbosa and Paederia scandens were mensurated in five different habitats by using the conductivity method and photometric method,and the blank comparison experiment was designed to analyze the above species being without I. cairica. The results showed that there was significant correlation between all companion species and uncompanion species of I.
2.Methods:Experimental cell are divided into blank group (culture), control group (cell) and experiment group (cell + different factors). Experiment groups are divided into MPA group, chemotherapeutics group and combine group to contrast.
3.In the 4 groups (except the blank control group), 1 ml 10% NaCl was instilled into the stomach once every week in the initial 6 weeks prior to the experiment.
4.According to the variations of COD, BOD5, combined with the microscopic observation in experiment and blank buckets, the maximum allowable concentrations of residual chlorine and five organic chlorides to activated sludge were obtained.
5.[Results] The experiment imitating chemotherapy on nude mice with E1A gene showed that the tumor volume in E1A group deflated most obviously, the tumor quality was evidently lower than control group and blank-vector group (P <0.05);
6.METHODS:The experiment was conducted in the Department of Orthopedics,Second Hospital Affiliated to Lanzhou University between February and May 2006.Thirty-six male adult Wistar rats were randomly divided into the blank control group(n =3),sham-operation group(n =3)and the injury group(n =30).
7.METHODS: This experiment was carried out in Zhujiang Hospital, Nanfang Medical University from July to October 2005. ① Totally 30 clean grade SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: acidic fibroblast growth factor+fibrin gel carrier group, simple fibrin gel carrier group and blank control group with 10 rats in each one.
8.METHODS: The experiment was conducted in the laboratory of Department of Neurology, the First Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University from September to December 2004. ①Twenty-five mdx mice of 7-8 weeks old were selected and randomly divided into transplantation 4, 8, 12 and 16 weeks groups and blank control group with 5 mice in each group.
9.METHODS: The experiment was carried out in the Integrative Test Center of Nanyang Medical College between April 2004 and May 2005. Totally 50 Kunming mice were divided into five groups randomly: Blank control group,aged model group,Erzhiwan groups of large dose (20 g/kg),medium dose (10 g/kg) and low dose (6 g/kg),with 10 mice in each group.
