6.1. The splitting tensile test and shear test results of 168 new and old concrete bonding specimens of bonding first to heating second type are presented. The influences of several important factors on bond mechanics property are discussed, such as temperature, cooling way, interface roughness, interface adhesive agent. Based on tests, new and old concrete bonding mechanism after high temperature is analyzed.
7.The result shows that after special pretreatments, the bond strength of Ni-B film and matrix is generally above 250MPa for 99%Al2O3. Ni-B plated film has amorphous structure, but it willbecome crystal completely after heat treatment and the interface between Ni-B/Ni (Fe-Ni) disappears, chemical composition completely well-distributed.
